Drew joined the Outlaws for the 2011 season and played WR and TE. In 2012 he took the realm at QB and lead the outlaws to back-to-back championship games, winning the 8FL Championship in 2013. During the Outlaws' four year break from competition, Drew won championships with the Pekin Storm (2014 CI8FL) and Midwest Hawks (2017 MA8FL).
