The Capital City Outlaws are a well organized semi-professional football team. The Capital City Outlaws have quality players, an excellent coaching staff, and an executive staff that knows how to run a football club. However, none of this can happen without the gratuity of the community to survive. Advertising and sponsorships makes up 80% of the income needed to run this organization. This includes referee fees, field rental, field preparation, insurance, equipment, jerseys, etc. Many athletes join the organization to remember what it was like back in college and high school.
